Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the next Quarter, you’re not responsible for their payment.

Ryder on Olive rent includes: Internet, water, sewer, trash & recycling, in unit washer & dryer, 24 hour emergency maintenance and access to all of Ryder on Olive’s wonderful staff that is there to help you anytime you need them. There is an additional $35 a month Community fee that covers access to all of Ryder on Olive’s premium amenity package!

You have three installment payment options to pay the entire amount due under the lease – one installment, two installments, or twelve installments. If you choose to pay a single installment for the entire amount, that single installment is due September 1st. If you choose to pay in two semester installments, those installments are due September 1st and January 1st. If you choose to pay in twelve installments, the first installment is due on September 1st and the remaining eleven installments are due on the 1st of the next eleven months. Please note that these are all installment payment options and not monthly rent.

Ryder on Olive comes fully equipped with brand new energy efficient stainless steel appliances including, an over-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. In the living room there will be a full length sectional couch, sofa chair, coffee table, entertainment stand, and a 55 inch TV. Each private bedroom will include a full sized bed, stackable dressers, computer desk, and computer chair and access to a private bathroom. Each shared bedroom will include the same furniture, but with a private double vanity in the bedroom.

Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox located on Ryder on Olive’s property, and all packages will be delivered to our on-site mail room where you can retrieve your package with a code via text.

No Guarantor? No Problem, Ryder on Olive offers Leap as an option! Leap is a quick and easy process that fills in for a guarantor or parent co-signer. Leap’s application is free online and takes around 5 minutes to complete. You will get a conditional decision within 30 minutes during normal business hours.
